Pay As You Grow
As an example of our PAYG pricing, a typical single WordPress website plus one IMAP mailbox with 1 GB of storage space would cost $60 per year. That is $20 per year for 1 GB of storage plus $20 per year for a WordPress website and $20 per year for the IMAP mailbox.
If you add a second mailbox to your account then that is an extra $10 per year, and a third mailbox would be another $8 per year, and so on, according to the table of bulk discounts. Let’s say you want to add a second website and email domain to your current account then that would be $30 + $30 + 30 or $90 per year for two hosted domains instead of 2 x $60 or $120 per year if both domains were in separate accounts.
Another example would be if the mailbox, or the website, was heavily used and needed 10 GB of storage space then that would be $20 + $20 + $72 (10 GB) or $112 per year.
These hosting prices do not include the cost of domain registration which is a separate bill and ranges from $10 to $40 per year per domain. Go to our shopping cart page and play around with the dropdown menus to get an idea of the various pricing ranges.
Payments
We now prefer payments via PayPal including normal Credit or Debit Cards (PayPal account not needed) by selecting the “Pay with a Card” link on the PayPal payment page. You can find our bank BSB/Ac and your Reference number details within the online invoice by selecting “Bank Transfer Details” from the “Payment Method” dropdown menu. Don’t forget to use the invoice number as the DD payment reference. See this blog post for some more details about payments and logging into our billing system.
First Login To The Billing System
Do not use your email password, it will not work.
If you are logging in to the billing system for the very first time to pay an invoice then click on the Forgot Password button at the bottom of the sign-up page and type in your email address. You will receive an email with a link to add a password of your choice. We can also send you a new password which you can copy and paste.
Misc Notes
Our Pay As You Grow hosting plan includes unmetered bandwidth for normal web and mail traffic, but abusive traffic trends will get our attention and may lead to suspended services. Our servers are backed up every 24 hours and all WordPress websites also have their own backup system which keeps three weekly backups.
